That shape is helping others untangle deep emotional loops, regulate nervous systems, return to a state of wholeness and Re-member who they are.

A Seasoned Initiated Presence
The foundation of deep growth requires both studying the truth and being the truth: embodiment is the bridge between the two.
Turning what you intellectually know into a lived, felt experience of joy, connection and transformation.
I offer many different opportunities for doing the real work with accountability, acceptance and sitting with those parts of us that we would rather stuff in the basement. I will support you with the best guidance possible. I am initiated and an ordained priestess in the Egyptian lineage and an initiate into Tantric sādhanā and have received śaktipāta for kundalini awakening, combining practice (sadhana) with philosophical study (svadhyaya).
Grounded Integrity: I bring a blend of deep mystical devotion and understanding to every container. My offerings will be fine tuned after our first initial information call. We are all vastly different arriving from unique backgrounds with our own belief systems and there is no template for restoration and rebirth. Sovereign alignment process is designed around what your system actually needs to thrive and develop.

I break my offerings into two categories: Excavation and Cultivation.
excavation
The dirty work of clearing out the stories that are outdated, the emotional patterns that are still affecting parts of our life, discarding old timelines and energetic clearing of traumas stored in the cells, tissues and organs.

This is a very deeply rooted ritual practiced in many different cultures and religions involving forgiveness to oneself and to others. It creates enormous space for peace and equanimity. I will guide you in this very sacred and private ceremony.

Clearing out emotional drains, energetic imprints, energetic parasites, blocks, congestion, and absorbed energies from our physical body, energetic body and spirit body.

A conscious ceremony aimed at disintegrating energetics that no longer serve you. I practice various methods (using elemental ritual, sound and crystals) that are chosen with intention.
cultivation
Clearing out the energetic toxins creates space for the new timelines and the new perspective.
We create the space for the integration of healthy practice and perspectives. Embodiment is far too removed in modern day existential awareness. There are no short cuts. If we do not integrate the anger, the fear of not being loved, neediness, lack of connection to oneself, lack of joy, there is no transformation or healing, just a rebranding with the right spiritual vocabulary and lava bracelets. We leave a session or a workshop or even a retreat and a week or two later the journaling stops, the practices stop and then we are right back where we started. A few feet closer but we need to support our clean vessel. We do not want to just dress the part, have the vocabulary of the part we want to BE the part- the integrated and aware SELF.
